Many fans were shocked when they heard the news that Tom Holland will take on the role of Peter Parker in the reboot film "Spider-Man." Now, it seems like fans will have a little bit of change of heart as Holland recently revealed his haircut that pretty much resembles the hairdo of Parker in the "Ultimate" comic line series.

Holland has revealed the new hairstyle on his Instagram account a few days back, November 1 to be exact. Many fans that are following his Instagram have noticed the uncanny resemblance of his hairstyle to Peter Parker's during the "Ultimate" comic series.

However though, Tom Holland is still being quiet if his current hairstyle has something to do with the storyline of "Spider-Man" reboot and if it will be setup somewhere in the "Ultimate" series. Moreover, Holland has referred to his hairstyle as a "Johnny Depp look," as what he said on the caption. Of course, fans will still look at it as some sort of clue for the future of the webslinger.

Meanwhile, as for the characters that will be included, sadly, no names have been dropped yet other than the recent circulating rumor that suggests Tony Stark a.k.a Iron Man will most likely make an appearance in the upcoming movie. However, that was just a rumor and Marvel is still keeping the lid tight on the matter, considering that, the film isn't due to be out until a couple more years.

In addition, according to Cinemablend, based on the photo that Holland posted and since fans have already speculated that the story might take place in the "Ultimate" series, another important comic book character's name has been dropped as well that is pretty much connected to this theory and it is Miles Morales, the person who took the hood of "Spider-Man" and its name after Parker.

Then again, this is just another mere speculation that was based on the Holland's new hairdo. It's still best to wait for Marvel's announcement regarding this matter.

"Spider-Man" reboot is scheduled to premiere on July 2017.
