Sony Xperia Z5 Premium news: Sony may have figured out solution to Snapdragon 810 overheating problem

When fans heard that the Sony Xperia Z5 is going to run on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810, there were some who assumed that this phone is going to be prone to overheating. However, Sony was aware of this problem and the manufacturer made sure to resolve this issue with a dual heat pipe.
Smartphone users were wary of the flagship Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because if the device, which has 4k display, runs on a processor known to overheat, then it is kind of expected that the device will eventually encounter problems. However, the Sony Xperia Z5, as well as the Z5 compact, themselves are not what users should be concerned about.
Based on the photo that was posted on the Chinese social media site, Weibo, via G for Games, which clearly shows the inside parts of the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, it seems like Sony used a dual heat pipe to make sure that the phone will not overheat, as the pipe provides the device proper heat ventilation.
Additionally, as a backup, the manufacturer even added a thermal paste to it. As mentioned in G for Games, the paste is typically used on desktop CPUs to help dissipate the heat on the hardware and make sure that it stays cool for a period of time.
This system might actually work, as in theory, this combination is somehow effective when dealing with hardware overheating. However, as stated on G for Games, this will still depend on the usage of each user.
So for now, it's best to wait until a reviewer posts his/her hands-on video online to learn if Sony has resolved the overheating issues with their dual heat pipe system or not.
Even though the Sony Xperia Z5 and the other two variants, Compact and Premium, have already been unveiled, unfortunately, there is still no announcement regarding their official shipping date.
