The most recent model of Apple's Macbook Pro came out earlier this year and because the tech giant is known to release several iteration of their laptop line, many enthusiasts are certain that the company would be dropping a new version anytime soon. Unfortunately for them, not only has Apple remained mum on the most recent assumptions, speculations surrounding the supposed impending release of the gadget have also been nothing but contradictory.

According to a recent article published by Vine Report, the new Macbook Pro 2016 would be hitting the stores sooner than when everyone expected. The news outlets claimed that Apple would be releasing the laptop by Black Friday alongside the latest reboot of the Macbook Air and iPad Air 3. Should the Pro be unavailable then, the article assures consumers that the laptop would be released before the end of the year.

On the other hand a Yibada report claims that due to an unprecedented decline in the sales of Apple products, the Macbook Pro won't be arriving anytime soon. Still in the same article, it is claimed that Apple is focusing on the marketing of their latest iPad line and it would be smart for them to delay the release of the laptop.

The specifications of the latest Macbook Pro 2016 is just as speculative as its release date. However according to VCPost, the laptop might be powered by the latest Skylake-U processor making it the smoothes and fastest version of the portable computer line. The laptop is also rumored to be equipped with Apple's latest Force Touch technology and a Type C USB port. Macbook Pro 2016 might also come equipped with Apple's latest operating system which is currently being touted as the 'OS X.'

The release date and specifications of the upcoming "Macbook Pro 2016" has yet to be confirmed by Apple. However the 15 inch rumor of the upcoming release is rumored to go for around $1699.
