This year's flagship device from LG is the G4 and it comes with several remarkable features that give other smartphones a run for their money. Another smartphone that is worth mentioning however, is the Motorola Droid Turbo. Though it was released last year, it continues to receive positive reviews mainly due to its long lasting battery. Here is how the two compare.

Design

In terms of design, the Droid Turbo is more rugged and sturdy-looking. It has square corners and capacitive keys on the front. It has a metal ridge running along its edge and its back panel is made of plastic. The G4, on the other hand, has a curve running along the length of its body, identified as the "SlimArc". Just like the Droid Turbo, the G4 is made of plastic, though its back panel is made of patterned polycarbonate in three colors, grey, gold and white with ceramic paint.

The G4's display is bigger than the Droid Turbo. It has an IPS LCD screen measuring 5.5 inches with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a density of 538 pixels per inch while the Droid Turbo has a super AMOLED screen measuring 5.2 inches with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a density of 565 pixels per inch.

It is worth mentioning, however, that the Droid Turbo's specs do not lag behind as much. It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chipset, a Krait 450 CPU with four cores clocked at 2.7 GHz and an Adreno 420 GPU.

Memory

The G4 has a huge advantage in terms of memory as it has a memory slot, which allows for up to 128 GB of external storage. As for RAM, both have 3 GB.

Battery

The very efficient Droid Turbo comes equipped with a meaty 3900 mAh battery, which provides users about 48 hours of talk time. The G4's battery is a 3000 mAh version, which is only capable of providing up to 20 hours of talk time.
