iPhone 6s vs. HTC One M9: One M9 has a great design but iPhone 6s packs in better features

There are very few devices which can take on the iPhone 6s in terms of design and the HTC One M9 is one of them. Here is how the two flagships compare.
Design
The iPhone 6s has a metal unibody, which has similar curved edges to its predecessor. It comes with a fingerprint scanner and is available in four colors: space gray, rose gold, gold and silver. As for the One M9, it does not have a fingerprint scanner but it also has a metal body with round corners. It comes in several eye-catching colors such as amber gold , gunmetal gray, a silver/rose gold combination and a gold/pink combination.
Display
The One M9 has a bigger 5.0-inch LCD3 screen with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a density of 441 pixels per inch while the iPhone 6s has an IPS LCD screen, measuring 4.7 inches with a resolution of 750 x 1334 pixels and a density of 326 pixels per inch. The device from Apple has 3D Touch technology integrated into its display, which can sense the amount of pressure a user is applying on the screen using their finger.
Specs
There is not much information known about the hardware of the iPhone 6s. So far, Apple has only revealed that it comes with an A9 chipset. As for the One M9, it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset, coupled with an octa-core CPU comprised of four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.5 GHz and four Cortex-A57 cores clocked at 2 GHz and an Adreno 430 GPU.
Memory
Just like other devices from Apple, the iPhone 6s does not have a memory slot, therefore external storage cannot be added. The slot on the One M9, on the other hand, can be used to add up to 128 GB. As for RAM, the One M9 leads with 3 GB while the iPhone 6s reportedly has 2 GB onboard.
Camera
Both devices are capable of 4k video recording. The iPhone 6s has a 12-megapixel camera while the One M9 has a 20-megapixel version.
Price
The starting model of the iPhone 6s costs $199 with a two-year contract. The HTC One M9 has a similar price tag with a two-year contract, as well.
