"Halo 5: Guardians" is coming out in a few days. Those who have pre-ordered the game or just simply looking at grabbing it when it hits the store will sure have a lot of stuff to keep them occupied. The game's community blog has revealed the massive list of achievements gamers can gun for, once the game drops.

As the Halo Waypoint website pointed out, Xbox Live Achievements has made gaming a whole different experience. It taps on everyone's competitive and silent (sometimes not too silent) overachiever sides. Those who want to unleash those sides when "Halo 5: Guardians" come out, the site has also announced the complete and official Achievement list.

During the game's launch, there will be a total of 65 achievements totalling 1000 gamerscore. These are a good mix, from the simplest of tasks (completing missions) to complicated ones (completing missions on the different difficulty levels).

Waypoint has posted the full list here and it came with the corresponding points, too. For players who want to go through the game clueless of characters, levels, and scenarios, it will be best to stay away from the list first. No screaming spoilers just some giveaways on the mentioned aspects of the game.

As IGN pointed out, here are some notable Achievements to gun for:

  • Benchwarmer (10): Spectate a game
  • Go for the Gold (10): Open a Gold REQ Pack
  • Gravelord (40): Find and claim all Skulls
  • Hunt the Truth (40): Find and claim all Intel
  • Lone Wolf (100): Complete every Mission of the game on Legendary difficulty, by yourself

"Halo 5: Guardians" is the much-anticipated first-person shooter follow-up to the Halo franchise. It is still set to follow the adventures of Master Chief John-117, and will ship with the Warzone mode as a multiplayer mode option. The game will release this Oct. 27 and will be available for the Xbox One.
