American gamers will soon have their hands on the latest "Disgaea" title. And the PlayStation blog has let gamers in on what to expect when "Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance" finally hits stores.

"Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance" was released in Japan this March 26. And those in the U.S. Can join in on the fun of stepping up against the Void Dark this October. Master Killian and Madam Seraphina are back to round-up the lords and players will have some new features to look forward to that will help them in their quest for revenge.

The sixth title in the "Disgaea" franchise will have the Curry Shop and Netherworld Editor. The former is a new feature that allows for custom curries that powers up squads during one battle. When using the Curry Shop, be very careful as some ingredients can bring about negative effects on the squad's stats and poison them.

There will also be an Alchemist feature where gamers can fashion new items for battle. Innocents can be added to the item to boost the power. Insufficient Innocents supply will not be much of a problem with the addition of the Innocent Shop. It will store Innocent inventory while the Farm is breeding a fresh batch.

If the new additions are not enough, gamers will be excited to know that the PlayStation blog also promised downloadable contents. According to their post, five DLCs will be released where characters from previous titles will make an appearance. La Pucelle will also be one of the DLCs. A season pass will be sold where a purchase of all the DLCs will unlock for free a new playable character Pleinar.

"Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance" is available on the Sony PlayStation 4. It hits stores in the U.S. This Oct. 6. Europe will get their hands on the sixth "Disgaea" title three days later on Oct. 9.
