WWE rumors 2016: Bray Wyatt didn't wrestle at WWE Roadblock due to back injury

By now, most folks have probably heard of the thing that happened at World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Roadblock. Even though it is not really a pay-per-view (PPV) event, the matches seemed to make it look like one.

The live event at Madison Square Garden last Saturday had WWE champion Triple H facing Dean Ambrose and Brock Lesnar originally colliding with Bray Wyatt. The latter match was transformed into a handicap match with Luke Harper being inserted into the mix.

Wyatt never actually wrestled in that match and it turns out the "Eater of Worlds" was dealing with a back injury per reports from Wrestling Observer Radio.

With that said, it also means that Wyatt is out of WrestleMania 32, but the feud involving him and Lesnar is far from over. That alleged feud will reportedly happen but after WrestleMania 32.

However, does it follow that the Wyatt family will not get involved in the booked street fight involving him and Dean Ambrose?

If not Wyatt because of his injury, it is likely that his minions — Luke Harper, Erick Rowan, and Braun Strowman will get involved. He is likely to direct everything, though, from afar.

So while he is not expected to physically take part, he could do so in the manner that best suits him — the mental game.

Such has been the trademark of Wyatt, the mental game. It won't be the first time since he did start to show seeds of such as early as the 2016 WWE Royal Rumble. It is expected that he will continue to do so until the time comes he is cleared for ring action.

With these latest developments, the WrestleMania 32 cards will remain the same. That is unless Ambrose is suddenly inserted into the Triple H vs. Roman Reigns match which will hit the "Lunatic Fringe's" match with the Beast.
