The second season of NBC's "The Blacklist" ended with Liz Keen (Megan Boone) feeling what it's like being on the other side of a wanted poster. As the newest addition to the FBI's Most Wanted List, Liz was last seen on the run with Raymond Reddington (James Spader), following a brief romantic moment with her husband Tom Keen (Ryan Eggold). Her relationship with each of the two men who influence her life will be a big factor in the upcoming season three.

In an April interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Eggold had revealed Tom's state of mind towards the end of season two. "His experience with Liz has caught up with him emotionally in a way that no other experience has, and he wants to figure out who the hell he is, which is really fun to be playing a character in a moment of soul-searching," Eggold said. Will Tom and Liz finally reunite in season three?

On the other hand, fans have shown interest in the relationship between Liz and Reddington, to the point of speculating a romantic relationship building up between the two, as the finale showed Red to have deep, sincere feelings for Liz. Megan Boone clarified the rumors, according to Vinereport, stating that Liz and Red's relationship exhibits a "confusing" type of love. "I think people see how much Red loves her," Boone said. "I think that will have to be answered. How do you love someone that deeply — no matter what the circumstances, but especially when the circumstances are mysterious? I think she loves him, but I don't think there are romantic feelings."

According to an article by VCPost, season 3 will also move away from Red to focus more on Liz as she learns the ropes of how to survive as a fugitive.
