NBC's hit crime drama series, "The Blacklist," is set to come back for a third season with 22 all-new episodes. But after the events of season two, the show could lose its procedural formula, as the main protagonist, Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone), is now on the FBI's Most Wanted List together with Raymond Reddington (James Spader). In an interview by Zap2it, Megan Boone teases that the events of season two will change the dynamics of the show immensely. "Season three is going to be the same characters but a different show, a very different dynamic," said Boone. "Because now, Liz Keen is no longer working within the law."

"The Blacklist" season two answered a lot of questions regarding Liz Keen's past, but also raised new ones. Liz finally remembered what had happened during the night of the fire, when she had shot her own father. As her search for answers continues, Liz's focus in season three will probably be on her mother, ex-KGB operative, Katarina Rostova.

Season two ended with Liz and Reddington on the run after Liz was added to the FBI's Most Wanted List. Harold Cooper (Harry Lennix) hands in his badge and is questioned for the Attorney General's murder. And Donald Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff) was appointed as the new director of the FBI special task force.

Meanwhile, Tom Keen (Ryan Eggold) was last seen living on his boat, undecided about whether he should join Liz and Red, or help hunt them down. Liz and Tom's relationship became very complicated after she discovered that their whole marriage was just a part of his previous mission. Boone admits that things with Tom have been tough for Liz because she "absolutely still loves him." Boone said, "He's doing things to gain her trust. And she's starting to learn that his feelings for her were real, as she had always suspected. She's starting to come around."

"The Blacklist" returns with season three this fall on NBC.
