Liz (Megan Boone) and her baby's lives are in danger after a dangerous car pursuit in the upcoming episode of "The Blacklist."

In "Mr. Solomon: Conclusion," the story will continue from the cliffhanger during last week's episode, where Tom's (Ryan Eggold) former boss in the Cabal interrupted his wedding ceremony with Liz. Solomon (Edi Gathegi) wanted him dead for turning his back on the organization. The mob leader and a bunch of commandos stormed the chapel where the wedding was supposed to happen, but their target and his pregnant fiancée got away.

The promo reveals that Tom is driving the car, trying to put as much distance as he can from the pursuer while Liz sits beside him. The expectant mother is also attempting to stall the bad guys by shooting at them. The whole scenario looks tailor-made for a disaster. True enough, the scene cuts to their car ramming into another vehicle. In the clip, Tom is shown carrying Liz into the hospital. According to the doctors, they need to perform an emergency C-section on her right away to save the baby.

Liz's condition also appears bad. Red (James Spader) can only shake his head and worry for her. In the promo, his voice can be heard saying, "Look at her lying there in this barbaric situation with her child's life at risk, everything is not fine." The teaser also claims that "the greatest shock of all is yet to come." At the end of the video, Red is shown being assisted by an agent. He looks thoroughly defeated and sad. Will Liz survive the operation or will she lose the baby?

Meanwhile, the Cabal is intent on killing Tom. Viewers can expect that although his fiancée and baby are in danger, he will have to face his former colleagues soon. It looks like Red was right when he cautioned Liz before that Tom would only cause problems for her. When will the whole thing end?
