Red (James Spader) will do everything to stop Liz (Megan Boone) from committing a big mistake in the upcoming episode of the hit series "The Blacklist."

In "Mr. Solomon," the promo reveals that everything is set for the wedding of Liz and Tom (Ryan Eggold). Liz is seen applying her makeup and wearing a white dress. Tom is waiting at the altar with some of his best men. It really looks like nobody can stop the ceremony from happening, until Red arrives to beseech Liz to change her mind and leave Tom.

In the clip, Red arrives at her dressing room with the intention of convincing her to stop the wedding. He is telling Liz that Tom is not the man she thinks he is and that he is a criminal. Liz, for her part, tries to defend her fiancé, stating that Tom has changed. Red, however, reiterates that men like Tom never change. Last episode, Liz decided that Tom deserved another chance. She agreed to marry him and make their family whole for the kid she is about to give birth to.

Red tried hard to change Liz's mind, but she was determined. The fact that she was angry at Red also contributed to her decision to run away with Tom. She learned last episode that Red lied to her about her mother, the mysterious Russian agent named Katerina Rostova. He told her that the last time she was seen, she was walking into the ocean in an apparent suicide.

Liz also believes that Tom is a changed man. He even got hurt in a busted operation with his ex-girlfriend Gina Zanetakos (Margarita Levieva) because he wanted to earn a lot of money for Liz and the baby. Amid all these, Red remains unconvinced of Tom's honesty to his protégée. He is convinced that Tom will just leave Liz in the end. He will make sure the wedding will not take place, even if he has to resort to violence.

In the teaser, Red is seen with several men arriving at the chapel where Liz and Tom are set to get married. They are holding wicked looking guns and rifles. It appears that if Red will not be able to convince Liz, he is prepared to kidnap her. Will Red do it?

"The Blacklist" season 3 has gone on a brief hiatus and will return on Thursday, April 7, at 9 p.m. EST on NBC.
