'The Bachelor' 2017 news, cast rumors: Luke Pell may be the next Bachelor

(The Bachelor / Facebook)"The Bachelor" 2017's lead has yet to be announced but many fans are suggesting that it just might be Luke Pell

Following the end of "The Bachelorette" 2016, fans are now curious as to who the next "Bachelor" will be, and as early as now, show creator Mike Fleiss is giving clues to fans who would like to do some research.

Fleiss has been posting clues on his Twitter account so fans can hopefully get a better idea on who will be the lead for "The Bachelor" 2017. On Saturday, Fleiss wrote: "Here's a clue... He's very handsome! And he likes sunrises more than sunsets. #TheBachelor."

While this clue may be a big question mark to many who have not been following former "Bachelorette" 2016 contestant Luke Pell's social media accounts, it is a big hint for fans who love him. This is because months before Fleiss dropped the hint about sunrises, Pell posted a photo of the sun rising on the highway earlier this yeaar. "mondaymorning #nofilter DAL BNA #sunrise," the reality star captioned the photo. This could be a coincidence but it could also mean something.

Fleiss went on to tease that the next Bachelor "can run a mile in less than 6 minutes."

This is a harder mystery to break but fans should remember that Pell is a former military man who served in Afghanistan. Military people are sporty and can run for miles. Could these clues be pointing to Pell?

Meanwhile, another "The Bachelorette" 2016 finalist is also being dragged into the race for "The Bachelor" 2017.

Chase McNary has been mentioned by JoJo Fletcher previously when she was asked who she thinks is a good choice for the next Bachelor. Fletcher also mentioned Pell. It seems these two guys are the best picks for the upcoming season.

New reports are claiming that Fletcher has been asking McNary not to become the next Bachelor since she is starting to see Jordan Rodgers' true colors and isn't happy in the relationship anymore. Fletcher is allegedly asking McNary to give their relationship one more shot.

The rumors have yet to be addressed and it is best to stick with official word from the involved parties so fans won't be led astray.

Stay tuned for more updates on "The Bachelor" 2017.
