'The 100' season 4 spoilers, news: survivors start losing hope for the final moment of survival
The fight for life continues in "The 100" season four, and despite her huge loss in the previous installment, Clarke (Eliza Taylor) will have to step up to the plate once more so she can save as many people as possible.
As fans know, ALIE (Erica Cerra) pulled off the classic villain goodbye before perishing when she revealed that she has left the remaining survivors a gift - an Earth that will soon be devoid of life in six months' time, which also means that man can no longer live on it.
How will Clarke and the others respond to this new threat that is unlike ALIE and their other enemies who can still be held off and fought with?
Recent reports suggest that upon realizing that there's no hope for survival this time, many of Clarke's people will just resort to living their lives to the fullest. After all, they might all die after six months. The question is, will Clarke and her friends allow the hope for survival to die in "The 100" season four?
If ever Clarke tries to come up with a way to keep everyone safe, the challenge won't be how to ensure that whatever escape she finds will be sure to save everyone. Instead, the biggest challenge for the heroine is how she can convince those who have lost hope to trust her one last time.
Aside from Clarke, other members of the team will have their own battles to face. Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) will go down the road of darkness as she still isn't over Lincoln's (Ricky Whittle) passing, especially after discovering that her own brother Bellamy (Bob Morley) was indirectly involved in Lincoln's killing.
Bellamy, on the other hand, will keep trying to get Octavia back. Obviously, this scared and weak hero will have a lot of "redeeming himself" to do in "The 100" season four. But will his hopes of reuniting with his sister work out well now that he has to help Clarke focus on saving the lives of other people in "The 100" season four?
Find out how Clarke and the others will face this new threat that could potentially eradicate the entire human race when "The 100" season four airs sometime early 2017.
