'Teen Wolf' season 6 premiere spoilers: New episode to feature psychokinesis?

(Facebook/TeenWolf)Fans await the return of their favorite wolf pack in "Teen Wolf" season 6.

Holland Roden, who plays Lydia in "Teen Wolf," has divulged an important hint on what to expect in the upcoming season of the hit MTV series.

As per Movie News Guide, Roden said in a recent interview that season 6 would have an interesting connection to Netflix's "Stranger Things." The actress revealed during the recently concluded MTV Video Music Awards that the two series have the same showrunner. However, some sources think she is actually hinting that the new storyline for "Teen Wolf" will feature psychokinesis, just like in "Stranger Things," when a 12-year-old kid suddenly vanished and a psychokinetic girl claimed she knew exactly where the boy was.

Psychokinesis, or the ability to move objects with one's mind, will lend a creepy theme to the new season. This will be one of the wolf pack's biggest nightmares, as they will be embroiled in a situation they have not been in before. It makes sense that Scott (Tyler Posey), the Alpha, would want to ally with a former enemy. As per Design n Trend, Theo (Cody Christian) is back in season 6.

"We know what he has done. He's manipulative. He's conniving. He's lying, very self-centered, narcissistic. It treats people like pawns [so] why bring somebody like that back? ... The circumstances must be dire. Ghost riders are one hell of a villain, [so] Scott and his pack need as much as help they can get," Christian teased.

It has been previously teased that the new installment of the MTV show would be a ghost story. Some of the villains revealed to cause problems in Beacon Hills is a group of Ghost Riders.

For the wolves and the chimeras to be on the same side, season 6 must be full of horrors that even the supernatural creatures are afraid of what is to come. Scott must be very careful of Theo though since there is no guarantee he will not revert to his old ways.

"Teen Wolf" is expected to return on Tuesday, Nov. 15 on MTV.
