'Switched at Birth' season 5 premiere spoilers: D.W. Moffett confirms his appearance in ALL episodes

(Facebook / Switched at Birth)"Switched at Birth" will return for its fifth and final season in January with 10 episodes.

Actor D.W. Moffett responds to social media question about his appearance on "Switched at Birth" season 5.

One of the actor's followers on Twitter asked, "Can we expect to see you in ALL new episodes of SAB?" to which he answered "Yes. Thank goodness."

Season 4 of "Switched at Birth" ended with a call from Kathryn (Lea Thompson) telling Bay (Vanessa Marano) and Daphne (Katie Leclerc) to go home with urgency in her voice. This has caused fans to worry about the reason behind the request.

Two popular speculations involve Moffett's character, John, who plays father to switched at birth Bay and Daphne and husband to Kathryn. The past episodes have seen the trouble in his marriage with Kathryn brewing so it is speculated that the call may be asking for the girl to go home so they could talk about an impending divorce.

John's health has also caused concern among the viewers and some suggest that John could either be dying or already dead. Moffett's answer to the question that he is appearing in all episodes makes fans believe that he will remain alive throughout the season, which is also going to be the show's last.

Creator Lizzy Weiss has constantly updated her Twiiter followers with the show's development and she has revealed all the titles of the upcoming episodes and they are "The Call," "This Has to Do with Me," "Surprise," "Relation of Lines and Colors," "Occupy Truth," "Four Ages in Life," "Memory (The Heart)," "Left in Charge," "The Wolf is Waiting," and "Long Live Love."

In an interview with Just Jared, Marano revealed that the season will have a lot of returning storylines. She said, "We left a lot of loose ends open last season so now we're tying everything together."

"Switched at Birth" season 5 will premiere in January 2017.
