Super Smash Bros 4: Wii U and 3DS may not have uniform assist trophies

The upcoming "Super Smash Bros. 4" will be be released for 3DS this summer and the Wii U this winter. The publisher of this upcoming game, Nintendo, has its website frequently updated with pictures about the game.

"Super Smash Bros. 4" is rumored to have numerous characters and will also be more detailed, compared to its previous installments. Super Smash Bros. Series Director Masahiro Sakurai disclosed on Friday another assist trophy, Dillon's Rolling Western's Dillon, who may be Sonic's rival in rolling. He may be an animal with adorable buckles and cool looks; and he definitely can do quick charge.

Adding to the hype is the release of Orne, the scary enemy in "Kid Icarus: Uprising." It was not specified if he is an assist trophy or not. He was just mentioned to make an appearance as a stage hazard. Sakurai said, he is like to be an "enemy" in a single-player mode.

Assist trophies were introduced in the "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" series. Through them, gamers can stage and attack the enemy. It is heard the upcoming "Super Smash Bros 4" for 3DS and Wii U will have the Master Ball item as an add-on, which will bid "Pokemon" creatures.

Nintendo said the appearance of assist trophies is not uniform in both Wii U and 3DS versions. Some may appear in Wii U but not in 3DS, and vice versa. For instance, Dillon only made an appearance in Wii U so far. It is because the development teams are creating various stages in handheld and console games.
