Ever since Tom Clancy's "Rainbow Six Siege" hit the gaming world during the holidays of 2015, fans have been waiting for new DLC releases. And recently, it was reported that there will be two more expansions to be released this year.

The first update was "Operation Black Ice" which rolled out earlier in the year, while the second, "Operation Dust Line," was only experienced last month. While there are not too many details revealed about the two other DLC packs, new reports suggest that the upcoming extensions will be country-themed.

According to Crossmap, the upcoming DLC offering will be Brazil-themed, while the next and final expansion for this year will be Japan-themed and is expected to be available by the last quarter of 2016.

The outlet further says the "Rainbow Six Siege" extensions will come with a new map based on the country that the DLC will be acquainted with and two additional operators.

Meanwhile, Ubisoft has also released the Starter Edition that costs only $15. According to Windows Report, gamers will only be given a short period of time to buy the Edition, from June 2 to June 19. The Starter pack includes massive content and goodies such as a number of select Operators that come with the set. To obtain the full roster of Operators, more money will be required of gamers, which is something that some fans don't find reasonable.

The Starter pack will allow players on the PC to unlock several options such as two random Operators. The operators to choose from are Rook, Sledge, Fuze, Ash, Mute, and Smoke. 600 R6 Credits will also be given for the purpose of spending this on additional content or Operators. Despite the tempting goodies that come with the cheap version of "Rainbow Six Siege," some aren't very pleased with the money-centered method that Ubisoft decided to use for its latest release.

Forbes' Erik Kain also finds the short span of time for players to purchase the game unreasonable since some might not make the purchase on the given time range. He says this is the "major" issue that Ubisoft will be faced with once players realize that the cheap version will no longer be available after the 19th.

Fans will have to wait for further announcements regarding the launch of the next two DLC packs.
