As NBC's dramatic and tear-filled show "Parenthood" comes to a close, fans can expect a sensational ending. After broadcasting its 100 episode in the beginning of January, 2015, admirers of the show are excited to see what comes next.

The last episode, number 10, saw Zeek forced to make a difficult decision regarding his health. He can either opt for a particularly risky surgery or be prone to blood clots and aneurisms his whole life. As Zeek's life hangs in the balance, he decides to use only Millie's help to make this decision. Reports by Latin Post suggest he might not go for the surgical option.

However, all is not gloomy in Parenthood, as Julia and Joel save their marriage. While bringing steaming cups of coffee to the Bravermans in the hospital, Joel confesses he still loves her, leading to a reconciliation and possible renewing of vows, according to International Business Times. Unfortunately, Hank also confesses to Julia that he is willing to take things with her to the next level, giving Julia a poorly-timed marriage proposal.

Julia asks for Sarah's valuable advice regarding Hank while working out in a park. Whether she choose Joel or Hank remains a mystery. Rumors through various sources indicate that the end of the season will see one couple getting married, one getting engaged and one possibly going south.

Amber may be pregnant with Ryan's baby but she's kept the secret from him because he needs to concentrate on his PTSD recovery. As Ryan has made progress with regards to the status of his mental health, Amber may finally tell him the truth.

Fans are speculating which couple will finally get hitched, with some saying it will either be Julia and Joel or Hank and Sarah. Amber and Ryan's relationship may go either way. Lovers of the TV series will have to tune in on Thursday, Jan. 15, on NBC to find out more.
