In the latest episode of "Naruto Shippuden," the main heroes of the show are still struggling to defeat the very powerful Kaguya. One of the beloved characters of the show also died in the process. Many fans are also wondering what episode 472 will offer its viewers.

In the previous episode, the main antagonist, Kaguya, separated the duo, Naruto and Sasuke, in order to defeat Naruto. When Naruto was alone, he used his shadow clone technique in order to distract Kaguya. Furthermore, in order to survive her attacks, Naruto was aided by the chakra of Kokuo, which strengthened his Taijutsu.

But despite Kaguya's desire to consume Naruto's chakra, she decided that she would execute the hero instead.

Meanwhile, Sakura and Obito helped Sasuke get back to the dimension where Naruto is battling. When Sasuke came into the battlefield once again, Kaguya executed a move that changed the dimension they were in into one with a much stronger force of gravity. With this, she was able to single out the real version of Naruto by eliminating the shadow clones.

Moreover, this made the main characters very slow in moving. Kaguya was already getting annoyed with both of them and started using her deadly rod. With only one hit from the rod, anyone will instantly be killed. Naruto and Sasuke gave their best efforts in dodging the attack twice. However, the third attempt of Kaguya almost hit but Obito and Kakashi rushed to the rescue. Unfortunately, this resulted to the dying moment of Obito as he deflected the rod that was headed for Kakashi by using Kamui,  but he sacrificed himself.

Based on the next episode's preview that was shown, there are speculations that Kaguya will transport the duo once again to another dimension. Obito will also give words of encouragement to Naruto in defeating Kaguya as he takes his last breath. Many fans are also anticipating that Kakashi will give a helping hand to Naruto and Sasuke.

Episode 472, which is titled "You Better...," is expected to air on August 18.
