Viewers will be transported back to the present timeline in the upcoming episode 470 of "Naruto Shippuden" where Sasuke and Naruto will be battling with Kaguya once again.

Before the filler episodes, Sasuke and Naruto were struggling in their fight against Kaguya. They have combined their powers and worked on several strategies but only succeeded in momentarily distracting Kaguya. It remains to be seen if they will retreat to fight another day or figure a way to bring the enemy down.

Meanwhile, fans were happy to see Kakashi's face in the last episode. Viewers have related to the students' curiosity on how their teachers look like. While the children almost saw Kakashi's face, at least that's what they thought, viewers had the privilege to see his face twice.

Inquirer states that Kakashi is consistenly included in the Top Five Favorite Naruto Characters in various polls. This is probably why viewers did not mind the prolonged filler episode since it ended with the unmasking of the character's face, at least to its viewers.

The episode that shows his students' quest to see his face, Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura included, ended with positive reviews. In the episode, the students thought a photographer was helping them in unmasking Kakashi. Rock Lee, Tenten, and Neji who were thought to be absent in class have been revealed to be part of the plan to confuse them as well.

Students and viewers were treated to different shadow ninjas. While cheering the students on while waiting to see if Kakashi is the ninja they finally caught on, characters on the show could relate to the collective sigh when he got away.

And finally when the real Kakashi lifted his mask to show his face, the reveal is that he was the photographer all along.
