In preparation for the Copa America, Mexico continue their exhibition matches and will face Guatemala at Estadio Zoque VMR in an international friendly.

The match is on May 30, 2015 and kick-off starts at 6:00 PM ET.

Just like Mexico, Guatemala are also making preparations as they have upcoming World Cup Qualification matches against Bermuda.

They hope to get a victory or any result against the Mexicans as Guatemala have not won in their last four matches across all competitions.

Going on a five match win streak by beating Nicaragua and Cuba in friendlies, while trouncing on El Salvador, Belize and Honduras in the Copa Centroamericana, Guatemala have lost against Costa Rica, Peru and Canada, while settling for a 0-0 draw against El Salvador.

Stefano Cincotta should be a player to watch for Guatemala as the defender has shown his form as one of the top prospects in the country.

Meanwhile, Mexico have been on a decent run as they go through exhibition matches in preparation for the Copa America. They have only lost two of their last nine friendlies, but recently dropped a 2-0 loss against the United States.

However, the Mexicans have always been an excellent team considered one of the best in the continent and they will have another chance to display this against Guatemala.

Mexico are expected to field a young squad, with their current line-up consisting of players averaging between 24-27 years old.

Rafael Marquez is the oldest at 36 years old, but the defender's experience will be vital with the team continuing to improve as they prepare for a tough competition ahead.

The last time the two teams met was in the CONCACAF Gold Cup back in 2011. That match resulted in a 2-1 win for Mexico, while the last time Guatemala got a victory over their rivals was back in 2007 in an international friendly.
