Lenovo and Asus seems to be making waves in the Chromebook market.

Lenovo just released two consumer-focused Chromebooks, the Lenovo N20 and N20p. An Intel Celeron processor powers both the N20 and N20p. Both devices pack 16GB of internal storage, expandable to 32GB through an SD card, and features 4GB RAM.

The N20p features something unique that other Chromebooks cannot do – it can be flipped around with its 300-degree hinge and used in touch mode, just like the Yoga series for Windows 8.1. The alternative position is called Stand mode, and is meant to add convenience to users watching videos and photos.

Aside from Acer C70P which was famous on Amazon for long, N20p is the sole 11-inch notebook with a touchscreen, and comes in stylish graphite gray and weighing 3.1 pounds. The computer comes with the Lenovo keyboards which have concave keys, plus 8 hours battery life, as well as the latest OS and all the other benefits of a Chromebook.

The N20p will cost $329 and will be available in August. The N20 will cost a bit less at $279.

As if two Chromebooks are not enough, Asus also introduced two models, both of which are powered by Intel Bay Trail-M chips – the C200 and C300, 11.6-inch and 13.3-inch respectively. More specifically, the two Chromebooks feature an Intel Celeron N2830, a 7.5 W dual core Silvermont CPU with 2.4 GHz and L2 1MB cache. The Chromebooks also feature full keyboards, big touchpads and support for multi-finger gestures.

The Asus Chromebooks C200 and C300 both have 10 hours battery life, 720p cameras, HDMI 1.4 sockets, USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, SD card slots, 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage, 100GB Google Drive for two years and an audio jack. The C200 is .78-inch thick and weighs 2.5 lbs, while the C300 weighs in at 3.1 lbs.

The Asus Chromebooks will be in the market on June 20014 in North America at $250. The $250 price tag is assumed to be C200's.
