Cristina Yang's final farewell episode will be "goodbye you never expected"

The season 10 finale of "Grey's Anatomy" will be airing this Thursday, May 15.
The finale episode, titled "Fear (of the Unknown)," will see Dr. Cristina Yang leaving the Grey hospital.
Grey hospital will have Cristina for the last time and her colleagues will send her off. Meredith will make a choice that will change the course of her life and one doctor will receive an alarming news. These and more will be on the season finale episode while fans of Grey's Anatomy will witness how Cristina will make her exit.
Those who have been following Grey's Anatomy already know actress Sandra Oh, who plays Cristina Yang in ABC's medical drama, will be exiting the show after season 10. The finale's promo hints "The goodbye you never expected," leaving the drama's followers confused, as the "goodbye" can refer to Cristina's unexpected way of exiting, or generally pointing out at her leaving the show.
The teaser video for the finale to be aired at 9pm this Thursday, on ABC, can be seen below:
Season finales of Grey's Anatomy tend to be "disastrous" and the upcoming finale may not be an exception. A sneek peak at the May 15 episode has Stephanie tending to some victims. There will be a terrorist act in the place, resulting in some commotion at the Grey Sloan Memorial.
Meanwhile, according to Cosmopolitan, actors have signed new contracts for the upcoming seasons of Grey's Anatomy, which includes Justin Chambers (who plays Alex Karev' character), James Picken Jr. (Richard Webber), Chandra Wilson (Dr. Miranda Bailey) and Sara Ramirez (Dr. Callie Torres). Co-stars Ellen Pompeo (Meredith Grey) and Patrick Dempsey (Derek Shepherd) are signing a contract for two more seasons.
Like Sandra Oh, Gaius Charles and Tessa Ferrer are departing. It was also reported that the Cristina Yang character will not be killed off.
