'Game of Thrones' season 7 spoilers, news: Plot leaked; Jon and Dany finally meet
With season 7 not scheduled to premiere until 2017, eager "Game of Thrones" fans have been searching online for the latest spoilers and set photos. And while there are a lot of theories and predictions out there, one fan may have truly leaked the plot of season 7.
According to Movie Pilot, a fan on Reddit posted a detailed leak of the plot of the upcoming season. The post was subsequently taken down and the user disappeared. However, another fan was quick to act and posted the same leak again.
Many fans have been patiently waiting for Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) to meet Jon Snow (Kit Harington), especially those who support the romantic coupling of the pair, regardless of their hookup being incestuous. According to the leak, season 7 will finally see their first encounter, although it will not start out well. However, they do get together toward the end of the season.
While this leak seems too good to be true, set photos published by the DailyMail seem to support their encounter. Clarke and Harington were spotted on the set together in Spain, along with Nathalie Emmanuel, who plays Missandei, and Peter Dinklage, who plays Tyrion Lannister.
Apart from that, the leak also states that one of Dany's dragons, Viserion, will perish in a battle against the White Walkers and their Wights. However, the Night's King will reanimate Viserion and claim him as his own ice dragon. At the end of season 8, armed with a powerful new pet, the Night's King will demolish the Wall and finally set foot in Westeros.
As for Sansa (Sophie Turner), she will get left behind, while Jon heads out to battle. She will be finally reunited with her sister, Arya (Maisie Williams), and brother, Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright). Littlefinger (Aidan Gillen) will try to break the siblings apart, but Bran will save the day. In the end, Sansa sentences Littlefinger to death and Arya acts as his executioner.
If these are true, then season 7 is shaping up to be an exciting installment. However, since nothing has been confirmed so far, fans should take this news with a grain of salt.
