Eminem new album release date, news, rumors: Madonna collaboration on the way?

(Reuters/Carlo Allegri)Is Madonna collaborating with Eminem for the "Rap God's" new album?

Fans seem to never get enough of Eminem, especially as new reports are churning online regarding the rumored collaboration single that Madonna and the "Rap God" are working on.

Eminem has yet to announce the official list of tracks that will be included in his upcoming album but recent reports are pointing to a potential Madonna duet. Madonna has said previously that she wanted to collaborate with Eminem for new music back in the days but the popular rapper didn't appear to be interested.

Back in 2009, Madonna told Rolling Stone that she wanted to work with the acclaimed rapper but it appeared back then that Eminem didn't want to collaborate with her. "I wanted to work with Eminem. I don't think he wanted to work with me. Maybe he's shy," she said.

However, it is speculated that the two may one day settle on a work schedule that will be suitable for both parties. Both Madonna and Eminem are some of the industry's busiest people and it would be a treat for fans to see the two finally coming together for Eminem's newest album.

While there is no specific release date announced for Eminem's new album yet, fans speculate that the new tracks will be ready for an early 2017 release. It is also believed that the album will feature a duet with Adele and probably Dr. Dre.

Eminem confirmed in October that he is working on a new album. However, he did not give further details about the production's progress and if the rumors about his new album being star-studded are true.

Some of the names linked to the album are Snoop Dogg, Drake, and even Miley Cyrus. The other mentioned names are feasible, but since Cyrus and Eminem have had issues in the past, there is a possibility that the rumors about the "Voice" judge being a part of the new Eminem album are merely speculations.

For now, fans can only wait until Eminem makes the official announcements about his upcoming album.
