'Devious Maids' season 4 spoilers: Marisol gets entangled in messy affair
Marisol (Ana Ortiz) is going to be one confused lady in the upcoming installment of the hit Lifetime series "Devious Maids."
A newly released promo for season 4 has sent the fans swooning, as the Latina appears to be caught in a love triangle with two hot men. Marisol has broken up with Jesse (Nathan Owens), but they are obviously not yet through with each other. When the young man arrives in town, he goes ahead and asks Marisol out. The night ends with an exciting coupling that shows they are still not over each other yet. Marisol, however, has something to tell Jesse.
In actuality, she is dating a hotshot producer from Hollywood. Peter (James Denton) has come to Beverly Hills to shoot an interesting movie. He wants to create a thriller based on Blanca's (Naya Rivera) murder. TV Line previously revealed that he "falls hard and fast into a new relationship." The teaser shows that the object of his adoration is Marisol. Jesse's arrival will obviously make things difficult for her, as she knows she cannot date two guys at the same time. Who will she choose?
Elsewhere, Peter also has to admit something to Marisol. In the clip, they appear to be coming home together, but someone beats them to it. When Peter opens the door, Genevieve (Susan Lucci) is there waiting for him, lounging on his sofa. Marisol is justified when she rudely asks if they know each other, especially when Genevieve calls her boyfriend "Peter darling." Is a catfight brewing between the two women?
Meanwhile, death stalks the ritzy mansions of the Beverly Hills' citizens. Grant Show, who plays Spence, revealed in the teaser that a "big character is going to die this season." He refused to give further details however but Ortiz' pronouncement that they would be "killing people off right and left" is enough to warn the viewers of the chaos that will come. Who is it going to be this time?
"Devious Maids" season 4 will premiere on Monday, June 6 at 9 p.m. EST on Lifetime.
