'Destiny 2' release rumors: New race concept art leaked?

(Bungie)

"Destiny 2" rumors are beginning to surface on the Internet and one particular rumor pertains to the upcoming sequel that may showcase a new alien race.

Reddit post by a user named thekotoz posted what can be believed to be the concept art of the 5th alien race. The image shows what appears to be a thin dark man with shadow shrouding over. It also shows that the race may have a pyramidal-shaped spacecraft. He noted that the image resembles the image seen on the loading screen, and since developer Bungie is known for recycling designs, this may push the idea that "Destiny 2" will feature a new playable race.

Since Bungie hasn't released a statement regarding the issue, fans and gamers should take this information lightly and hopefully the upcoming E3 may answer all the riddle and confusion.

In related news, "Destiny" is going to receive its April update and it contains massive content for gamers. In a post by Bungie, the April update contains an introduction to new challenges, new rewards, and some new live updates.

The new challenge that is offered to gamers is an increased difficulty in Prison of Elders, Court of Oryx, Heroic Strikes, and Nightfall Strikes, to name a few. This may entice players who stopped playing the game to come back and play this new content with a higher difficulty. Some of the new rewards, on the other hand, will introduce the loot infusion where players fuse two items together and the result will be the item with the higher power with the design of the lower-powered item. This may be a reasonable way of reducing cluttered inventory space. Finally, some of the new live update will have changes in the Warlock Class, an increase in Vault space, and some in-game balancing. A lot is changing in the game and it looks like it is for the best.
