'Criminal Minds' season 11 spoilers: in episode 6 BAU struggles to find suspect; Dr. Tara Lewis exiting as JJ returns from maternity leave

Forensic psychologist Dr. Tara Lewis appears to be having trouble juggling her personal life with the demands of the BAU. Now it seems she might have to decide whether the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit might be too much for her as a new job offer comes her way. Meanwhile, the team has trouble pinning down a witness in episode six, "Pariahville," when their profile points to everyone in town.

The BAU is confronted with another challenging case next episode when the murder of a woman in Florida leads to numerous suspects. A synopsis that can be read on "Carter Matt" teases that in the whole town is seemingly populated by sex offenders, with the team's profile fitting any number of individuals.

A trailer for the episode gives the viewers glimpses of the town and its inhabitants. Several young women are also shown and in one scene, a young cheerleader opens the door and is seemingly attacked.

While the situation is already fraught with complications, Hotch (Thomas Gibson) and the rest of the team might soon be taking on an extra load as the team's newest member, Dr. Tara Lewis (Aisha Tyler), receives a job offer that might take her away from the team.

"Criminal Minds" showrunners have mentioned that Tyler's run on the series was limited and with A.J. Cook set to return in episode seven, it follows that Tyler's character will be written out. However, viewers have seen that the character had good chemistry with the team so hopefully, she will be given a chance to return in future episodes.

As a forensic psychologist, Dr. Lewis' skills were undoubtedly useful. Unfortunately, the job does demand a lot from the person as she experienced firsthand, with her fiancé suddenly ending their engagement. Personal problems aside, Lewis had to focus on the task at hand as a baby's life was in danger from a deranged artist determined to set-up and kill another artist in episode five, "The Night Watch."

A new episode of "Criminal Minds" season 11 will be aired on Nov. 4.
