(Facebook/Better Call Saul)Will "Better Call Saul" season 3 see Gus Fring's much anticipated return?

As Jimmy McGill prepares to transform into Saul Goodman in "Better Call Saul" season three, it is very much expected that "Breaking Bad's" beloved character Gus Fring will be right around the corner to see Jimmy's most awaited transformation.

Everyone has been waiting patiently for Gus' (Giancarlo Esposito) return and many believe that this is the perfect time to get him into the picture since Bob Odenkirk's Jimmy is ready to turn into Saul.

In a recent interview with Conan O'Brien, Odenkirk expressed his desire to see the "Breaking Bad" villain enter "Better Call Saul." Though the actor did not really confirm or deny the rumors, he did tease that the writers are always up to something that could surprise fans. For him though, it would be a great idea to see Gus in Jimmy's life.

Meanwhile, a rather clever idea was raised by some fans regarding Gus' big comeback. Some reports picked up on the fan theory that Gus may appear in "Better Call Saul" season three as a closet gay character.

The rumors stemmed from Gus' close relationship with his business partner Max (James Martinez) in "Breaking Bad." Gus and Max had a very strong friendship, to the point that when Tio (Mark Margolis) shot Max in the head, Gus returned with a vengeance that swept the enemy off their feet and saw the murder of the leaders of the cartel that Tio was associated with.

Due to this move from Gus, fans then speculated that he may actually have had romantic feelings for Max and this side of him will most likely be introduced in "Better Call Saul" season three.

As for Bryan Cranston's Walt White, it has yet to be revealed if he will show up at some point to be part of Jimmy's transformation. If this happens, fans will surely feel nostalgic as the two people come face to face. Will Walt have some good advice for Saul?

Stay tuned for more updates on "Better Call Saul" season three, which is slated for release sometime in 2017 on AMC.
