The pilot season of the highly awaited "Breaking Bad" spin-off, "Better Call Saul" aired its last episode last April. Since then, the show not only gained as much positivie critical and commercial reception like its source material, it has also went on to be nominated for several awards ultimately bagging the Critics' Choice Award for Best Lead Actor in a Drama Series. Because of the success of season one, AMC has already announced that they have ordered not one but two more runs for the television program.

Last June 19, AMC issued an official press release as reported by Zap2it, detailing their future plans for "Better Call Saul." In the statement, Charlie Collier, president of the network, has confirmed that they have ordered 23 more episodes for the series spanning two seasons.

"Production on 'Better Call Saul' is underway and we could not be more proud or more excited about the work to date. We join the fans in eager anticipation for this series and today we happily confirm that our initial 'Saul' order is for two seasons and a total of 23 episodes." announced Collier.

Since the renewal, avid viewers have been waiting for information regarding what is in store for season two. Most, if not all, are wondering whether or not the iconic cast of "Breaking Bad," Walter White and Jesse Pinkman, would be appearing on the spin-off. Thankfully, Bryan Cranston, the actor who played Walter White, has finally chimed in on the issue.

During the press panel for Cranston's upcoming film, "Trumbo," the actor explained how he would be more than happy to reprise his role as Walter White so long as the production of "Better Call Saul" wants him to.

"I would do it if Vince Gilligan wanted me to." quipped Cranston in a report by Hypable.

No specific premiere date has been set for the return of the series; "Better Call Saul" is expected to return with its second season in 2016.
