The upcoming chapter 94 of "Tokyo Ghoul:re" will make Kanou use his remaining strength in order to win his battle against his opponents, leaving it up to Kurona and Nishiki to stop the madness that Kanou is causing. Meanwhile, the previous chapter also showed the struggles of the other protagonists.

Based on reports, chapter 93 showed the continuing conflict between Koori Ui and Miza Kusakari. Miza's persistence as she does her best to win the battle shined in this chapter when her enemy told her to give up the fight since there is no hope. However, Miza disagreed and she is more determined to defeat her opponent.

Miza mustered her remaining strength. Koori attacked her, but they were shocked to see that Naki was there to block Koori's strike. Naki then declared that Miza's kagune was not strong enough to protect her. Then support came when Hooguro, Shousei and other members of the White Suits arrived.

As for Kurona, she is dealing with the Quinx who are hunting her down. She tries to manage by just hacking at them while running, but it suddenly dawns on her that her strength will be drained if the situation continues. According to reports, Kurona encounters Okahira, but she was able to escape. After her escape, she had a confrontation against the mad scientist, Kanou.

There were some flashbacks that were also shown in the chapter, and it was revealed that Kanou was the one who was responsible for the death of Kurona's parents. All this time, Kurona thought that she and her twin sister were fulfilling their parents' wishes by participating in Kanou's crazy experiments but that certainly wasn't true. Their father and mother were actually killed for wanting to expose it.  

After the shocking revelation, Nishiki Nishio enters the scene and wraps Kanou with a kagune. There are speculations that in chapter 94 of "Tokyo Ghoul:re," Kanou will transform and he will be a difficult opponent to defeat. Shuu Tsukiyama will also be there to support Naki and Miza with their battle. This will all be confirmed once the latest chapter has been released.
