NBC's "The Blacklist" will uncover a series of twists in the upcoming episodes as fans get to know Tom Keen, Liz's fake husband, much better. In episode 13 named "The Deer Hunter", the task force tackles a dangerous killer known by the same name. This particular serial killer treats victims like prey, tracks them down and kills them, according to Venture Capital Post. Liz and her team strive to catch this elusive hunter while keeping a huge secret from her team.

Viewers of the show may recall that Tom is the number one suspect for murdering DC Harbormaster. He is questioned by the authorities and what he reveals will truly be shocking, to both Liz and fans. Executive producer John Eisendrath and actor Ryan Eggold, who essays the role of Tom, shared some insights into what seasoned viewers can expect from his character to TV Guide. Eisendarth told TV Guide, "Tom is going to be an integral part of the back half of the season. First we'll learn more about who he really is and what he really does, and then he is going to come back in a way that is going to be incredibly important not just emotionally to Liz, but will in many ways actually be a lifesaver to her."

The actor shed light on Tom's behavior by saying that he will continue to be cold and aggressive. There will be crucial information about him towards the end of season two which will explain how he became an assassin. The most shocking part of all is that fans will learn Red and Tom's past association. Eggold says, "And then that will inform the relationship with Red and Liz and even shed light on what Red's ultimate plan is in all this. And I think we might get into some of the beginnings of Tom and Liz."

Tom's appearance will certainly make room for more twists. Cooper denies a promotion because of his disease but things look better for him as the Attorney General manages to get him on a clinical trial in Georgetown.

"The Blacklist" episode 13 of season two will air on Thursday, Feb. 26 on NBC at 9 p.m. ET.
