MTV just released a celebratory photo taken during the filming of the 100th episode of "Teen Wolf," which also coincides with the series' finale.

The photo shows several members of the cast behind an elaborately decorated cake topped with some of the most notable symbols from the series. It includes Scott's pack, the logo of Beacon Hills High School, the Triskele tattoo of Derek Hale, Allison's pendant, as well as the show's popular Jeep.

Seen in front are Tyler Posey, Holland Roden, Dylan Sprayberry, and Shelley Hennig who is holding a cut-out photo of JR Bourne. At the back are Khylin Rhambo, Melissa Ponzio, Susan Walters, Linden Ashby, series creator and executive producer Jeff Davis. They were also joined by Ryan Kelley, Ian Bohen, Gideon Emery, Sibongile Mlambo, Andrew Matarazzo, and Froy Gutierrez.

However, Dylan O'Brien is obviously missing in the photo. This left fans wondering if his character Stiles will still return in Beacon Hills in the second half of season 6.

Davis talked about what fans of the series should look forward to when the final 10 episodes of "Teen Wolf" return this summer in an interview with HollywoodLife.

According to the series creator, the story will pick up a few months after Scott and other members of the pack graduate from high school and move forward in different direction in their lives. "And, of course, something happens to interrupt that where they realize that they may have to stay in Beacon Hills just a little bit longer before they can finally say goodbye. It happens to be incredibly challenging or their most challenging adversaries ever?" he stated.

The series creator also teased that the second half of season 6 could serve as the show's extended goodbye. It will also reportedly bring back some of the characters that were not seen on the show for a long time.

MTV has yet to announce the official release date of the final 10 episodes of "Teen Wolf" season 6 in summer.
