When Donna put some of her magic in a case involving Liberty Rail, she (and Mike) scarcely fathomed the repercussions it would lead to. At the end of episode 14, devoted fans of the show saw Liberty Rail's lawyer warn Harvey of a fraud case coming their way after Donna was filmed impersonating someone from the transportation department in order to obtain files.

Donna seems to be in serious trouble as the promotional video of episode 15 named "Intent" shows her going on trial and she even says she could go to jail. Hollywood Hills confirms that Donna gets charged with fraud in the upcoming episode. This dramatic twist will affect Donna to a large extent.

TV Guide reports that, despite Harvey's secretary's predicament, Mike and Harvey scramble to save the Liberty Rail case. Will the duo be able to take down the company and rescue Donna at the same time? This remains to be seen. In other bad news, District Attorney Wolf comes after the firm. Looks like things don't look too good for Pearson Specter Litt.

Another problem on the horizon is Jessica and Jeff Malone's relationship. Viewers may recall that Jeff broke it off with Jessica just when she was ready to tell him the truth about Mike's big secret. Poor Jessica's face was morose after a furious Malone learnt the truth and slammed the door on her face. In the next episode, viewers will see Jessica and Malone attempting to adjust to their new circumstance. Is there any hope of lingering romance left between the two? Jeff certainly proved to be a worthy ally and boyfriend to Jessica.
