LG G3 release date for Verizon and Sprint set for July
Sprint has confirmed that LG G3 is coming to their stores in July, but Verizon Wireless will be the first carrier to extend pre-order to US customers on July 10.
Often reliable leakster, @evleaks posted that the latest LG handset is coming to the turf of Verizon on July 17.
LG G3 amassed positive reviews when it first came out in May in an event in New York, and this could also explain the growing anticipation in the hearts of US fanatics.
Consumers expect something to standout during device launches for them to buy.
With LG G3, there are many features that one can appreciate, but that one thing that caught the eyes of pundits is the stunning and crisp display of the QHD panel with 1440x2560 resolution and 538 ppi and the Laser Focus feature of the camera.
The handset also carries powerful features such as Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad-core SoC with 2.4 GHz, 2GB RAM for 16GB variant, 3GB RAM for 32GB model, supports LTE and runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
Other than these, LG G3 allows you to access the battery and carry a spare, which may not appeal to many, but there's definitely a niche for this.
Furthermore, the handset has a microSD slot that delights music and video enthusiasts who are limited to the storage capacity of the Samsungs and the Apples and enables users to use the internal memory for the apps.
Sprint, AT&T and T-Mobile are already creating promotions and hype to lure customers into pre-registering for LG G3 to get the latest updates and pre-order information.
T-Mobile is also giving away LG G3 beta model daily until June 29 for winners of the pre-registration promo.
LG is also encouraging those interested to signup and be the first to know of the exact date of the US release.
