'GTA V' gameplay, news: Rockstar Games launches new vehicle, adversary mode
Rockstar Games is unstoppable in making "Grand Theft Auto V" an even bigger game.
Just recently, the game developer introduced another new vehicle as well as an adversary mode to celebrate 2017.
Players of "GTA V" can now experience the newest addition at Benny's Original Motor Works - the Pegassi FCR 1000 motorcycle. Rockstar Games describes the newest motorcycle in the hood as a "fully-featured beaut of a bike" and says it "treads the fine line between old-school, no-frills engineering and a tight-trousered hipster's delight."
The company adds that the Pegassi FCR 1000 motorcycle gives a highly classic vibe to the players that will even make their grandparents jealous.
On the other hand, Rockstar Games also introduces the newest adversary mode called "Vehicle Vendetta." According to the developer's announcement, "Vehicle Vendetta" will let players go on a road rage minus the worry of getting caught or tailed by the Los Santos Police Department.
The company adds that it is "the new Adversary Mode that pits you and your teammates against an opposing crew of motorized maniacs, all competing for power-ups that can singlehandedly turn the tide of battle."
As for the power-ups in "Vehicle Vendetta," players can experience an automatic transformation into a Rhino Tank with the Beast power-up. The Detonator will help players get rid of obstacles and unwanted objects in an arena.
Another power-up can let players plant three bombs around the area as an exploding trap for enemies. Players can also fire rockets and stop drivers from the opposing team. A power-up called Repair will help players bring back their vehicle to good condition with max health.
"Vehicle Vendetta" is indeed filled with exciting power-ups, such as one that lets players become fairly invisible to drive through their enemies to steal their power-ups. Players can also trick their foes and force the latter's accelerator to go off the roof. Aside from messing with the accelerator, players can also mess with the enemy's other driving equipment by reversing the steering and braking controls.
Aside from the new vehicle and adrenaline-filled adversary mode, Rockstar Games treats "GTA V" players who go through "Vehicle Vendetta" with Double GTA$ and Reputation since the announcement of the new content until Jan. 17.
