This information comes as a welcome development for a lot of female gaming enthusiasts who also excel in playing "GTA."

Rock Star Games is bent on making "GTA 6" more challenging for players by creating maps that will be set outside of the United States for the first time, specifically, England and Tokyo. While there is no word yet from the game developer regarding the final release date of the new version, it is rumored to be a bit delayed due to "Red Dead Redemption 2."

The game developer is forced to focus on one of the two major titles at the moment and it looks like "Red Dead Redemption 2" is the priority as it is rumored to be released in fall of 2017. Nevertheless, it has not affected fans' anticipation of the upgraded version because of its strong fan base.

It is said that Rock Star Games is waiting for Sony and Microsoft to release their brand new consoles before releasing "GTA 6."
