DROID Turbo 2 vs Galaxy S6 Edge Plus: if speed's your thing, go for the Edge Plus
As Motorola brought out the DROID Turbo 2 exclusively via Verizon and introduced it internationally as the Moto X Force, it was heralded as a big change due to its shatterproof display. However, the other phone in the market with a unique display is the Galaxy S6 Edge and this is how these two devices fare in a comparison.
Design
Blessed with good looks the S6 Edge has a curved screen that flows over its right and left side and one of the edges can be customized to display additional icons. Here five important contacts, five frequently used apps, notifications, a night clock and alerts can be displayed. When it comes to build quality, the device looks and feels premium as it has a metal frame and Gorilla Glass 4 on its front and back. There is also a fingerprint scanner in its home button and the S6 Edge comes in black, silver, gold and white. As for the DROID Turbo 2 it has a metal frame, but it can be customized on the Moto Maker site with different colors and its default Soft Grip back panel can also be switched out with leather or ballistic nylon options. Importantly, the screen on the device has ShatterShield technology which prevents it from breaking if the smartphone is dropped, however it does not have a fingerprint scanner.
