The release of "Dead Rising 3" in Sony's console PlayStation 4 still remains a mystery, but recent announcements have been made by the developers regarding the popular open world survival horror beat 'em up video game.

Japanese video games developer Capcom Inc. has recently confirmed that it has outsourced the development of the "Xbox One" and PlayStation 4 versions of "Dead Rising" and "Dead Rising 2." The first game will reportedly be a part of a Remastered Collection which will also introduce its eponymous sequel and its spin-off "Dead Rising: Off The Record."

As Capcom is about to release the first two entries in the "Dead Rising" game in bundle for PS4 and Xbox One, it would be interesting to see if the company would do the same for the third and the upcoming fourth iteration. On the other hand, if released alongside the first two games, PS4 players will surely be able to save financially.

The exact release date for the arrival of "Dead Rising" and "Dead Rising 2" on "Xbox One" and "PlayStation 4" has remained undisclosed as of this writing. Meanwhile, the "Dead Rising 3" can be accessed currently through Xbox One and Windows PC.

At this point, it would be entirely up to Capcom if the third game from the "Dead Rising" series would really push through for a PlayStation 4 release. But if all of the considerations are to be taken commercially, one might ask whether the Japanese company would develop the game for the console sooner or not.
