People can say a lot of things about Anna Duggar, but no one can deny that she's certainly loyal. The young mother was recently seen out and about with her husband as they went furniture shopping with another couple, sending a strong signal that she has no intention of ever leaving her husband.

ET Online reported that Josh and Anna Duggar were seen checking out Sam's Furniture, a large furniture dealer in Arkansas, with Anna's sister, Priscilla, and her husband. It was the first time that the controversial Josh was seen in public since he left faith-based rehab, Reformers Unanimous.

Josh spent more than six months in rehab following the fallout of the Ashley Madison scandal. It was revealed at the time that the former family values speaker had two accounts in the infidelity website. He later admitted that he had been unfaithful to his wife and that he had a porn addiction.

Despite the months away from his family, several eyewitnesses described the couple as looking comfortable with each other.

It actually comes as no surprise that Josh and Anna would be seen showing a united front. The 27-year-old had made it clear in past interviews that she will stand by Josh, despite everything he has put her through.

However, Anna has not commented on her husband's return nor on the rumors that she's pregnant with their fifth child.

Reports that Anna is once again pregnant surfaced earlier this year when a source close to the family reportedly told Life & Style that the reality star believes she has a bun in the oven and that the baby is a sign that God has forgiven Josh. The rumors were exacerbated when a photo posted on the Duggar's official website showed Anna wearing a loose sweater, supposedly to hide a baby bump.

While Anna and Josh have been keeping a low profile since he left rehab, fans will undoubtedly hear about their situation soon since Anna is featured in Jill and Jessa's new show, "Jill and Jessa: Counting On."
