Google is expected to release the latest Android KitKat 4.4.3 update to Nexus users gradually over the coming months.

The update will first be rolled out to Google's Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 and 10 owners, including the HTC One Google Play Edition and Moto X.

Although Google hasn't officially announced the latest update, the company is already updating apps to make them compatible with Android 4.4.3.

Google's very own Google Edu Setup App provided an update for Android 4.4.3 support. Android Central reports that the changelog reads: Support for new Google Spreadsheets, Support for Android 4.4.3 and non-Nexus Tablets, and Minor UI updates and bug fixes.

Last week, Sprint announced and removed an update for Nexus 5 users, but did not mention a version number.

The KitKat update will not bring major changes. Instead, it will fix a number of bugs that have been frustrating users. This includes unstable data connections, random reboots, and improved camera function.

Android 4.43 update will be the last update before Google rolls out Android 4.5, nicknamed Android Lollipop, with a revamped 2D design in July.
