The Xbox Live Games with Gold program is going on its third year in June and big free game titles have been offered to its subscribers to kick off the celebration.

"We're excited to celebrate our birthday in June, and we're even more excited to continually give away amazing free games to our Xbox Live Gold members, Xbox Wire Editor in Chief Will Tuttle said in the official announcement.

There will be a total of four games to be released starting this week – two free Xbox One game titles and two Xbox 360 titles. The latter titles are also playable in the current console via the Xbox One Backward Compatibility feature.

Most Xbox console owners are excited about the great lineup of games for next month.

To start off, "Goat Simulator" comes as free starting on June 1. In this game, players will play and explore the environment as a goat and destroy anything in sight. Originally priced at $9.99, "Goat Simulator" will be available for Xbox One until June 30.

Also for June 1 is the Xbox 360 title "Super Meat Boy," which originally cost $14.99. Course through more than 300 different levels and emerge victorious from boss fights. Discover oddly secrets and complete rescue missions. This game will be available for a limited time until June 15.

Xbox One title "The Crew" originally priced at $29.99 will be available for free starting June 16 until July 15. Players can go for an adventurous ride in "The Crew." At the same time, they can bust underground racing teams and take down criminal gangs with the help of Alex Taylor, the protagonist of the game.

Lastly, "XCOM Enemy Unknown" will be free starting June 16 to 30 for both Xbox 360 and Xbox One. In this game, players need to form a strong force of fighters to take down aliens using a turn-based strategy.
