As each month draws to an end, gamers who have consoles such as the Xbox One and the Xbox 360 start looking for information about the free games upcoming as part of the "Games with Gold" offer in the following month. This month, these gamers were treated to information about July's games early as a partial list of them leaked.

The leak about the "Games with Gold" for July arrived on several websites. More importantly, these websites attributed the leak to ekim, a NeoGAF member. In a post, this particular user had hinted that the upcoming month will see "The Banner Saga 2" game releasing for the Xbox One, along with "Warriors Orochi 3." As for the older console, the Xbox 360, it is due to get "Rainbow Six Vegas 2" in the month of July.

As ekim was making the "Games with Gold" in July known via a post, he also stated that he was not sure about one game, "Warriors Orochi 3," which is thought to be arriving for the Xbox One. However, he seemed to be fairly certain that the other two games would be included.

More importantly, as the month is drawing to a close, it is likely that Microsoft has decided what games it will be offering people who have subscribed to its Xbox Live Gold membership. However, usually four free games are announced by Microsoft per month and it appears that one more game will be joining the list that has been leaked.

However, as soon as the leaked partial list of games was made available by ekim, some pointed out that one of these games, "The Banner Saga 2," has not yet been released for the Xbox One. The game however has been released for the OS X and the Windows PC and is scheduled to arrive on the Xbox One on July 26. Meanwhile, ekim stated that even though it is has not been released on consoles, he is pretty sure it will be included in the "Games with Gold" program.

With leaks about the offerings in the upcoming "Games with Gold" program proliferating on the Internet, many are waiting for the official list to be announced by Xbox.
