X-Men Apocalypse sequel: Which mutants will appear next?
Now that X-Men and the mutants have a clean slate without their tumultuous history thanks to Wolverine, it's time to figure out which ones will appear on the next flick.
All deaths and everything bad that has happened to the mutants have been transformed into a lively past and a present with all of them alive. This allows the story lines of each one to have a chance to be revived, including mutants that have never been explored in the past movie installments. Who could be appearing in X-Men: Apocalypse?
One mutant that's sure to appear is Gambit, as it has been previously confirmed that Channing Tatum will play the role. In the past movies, Taylor Kitsch played the card-wielding mutant. Scott Summers aka Cyclops has been resurrected, as well as Jean Grey. After the terrible things that has happened to them in "Days of Future Past," they now have a second chance to lead the front lines again, with proper training and aid from Professor Charles Xavier.
Storm will definitely be appearing in X-Men: Apocalypse, and this time, she can finally showcase the strength and importance of her power. We all know how storms and natural disasters can turn the world upside down, and that is something Storm is capable of doing.
Fans know that the story lines of Bishop and Quicksilver are heavily discussed in the "Apocalypse" comics, and with a peek of their huge roles in "Days of Future Past," the two will most likely be in the next movie.
And finally, the almost immortal Apocalypse is set to wreck havoc for the mutants with the titular role, and how X-Men will handle his presence is surely something to look forward to.
