WWE rumors: Dudleys reuniting with old handler Paul Heyman?

For the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) fans who have been religiously following the WWE as of late, many may have taken note of the heel-turn by the Dudley Boyz.

Surprisingly, Bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley have been lingering around the WWE. Seeing, however, the rising number of stars on the injured list, such could be the reason why the former WWE tag team champions are still around longer than expected.

Right now, the Dudleys are in a storyline feud against the Usos. Bubba Ray mentioned in a report from the Daily Star that their priority is to win back the WWE Tag Team belts but that could take a while since they are in no way linked to the current champs — the New Day.

It is likely that the Dudleys and the Usos end up in a match at WrestleMania 32 unless there are dramatic changes forthcoming.

Aside from that, Bubba Ray was asked how he felt if the Dudleys would at some point in the future reunite with Paul Heyman. Bubba Ray and D-Von used to be aligned with Heyman, although his main priority right now is handling Brock Lesnar.

However, just in case Heyman decides to reach out, Bubba Ray welcomes the idea. He even adds that should that happen, they could have a pretty tough stable which he feels will be unstoppable.

Right now, there is no indication of that happening. Heyman and Lesnar are focusing their attention on Dean Ambrose. The two stars will collide at WrestleMania 32 in a no-holds barred Street Fight which fans are eager to see.

From the looks of it, any potential plans of reuniting the Dudleys and Paul Heyman will likely happen after the annual WWE extravaganza. If that happens, the Dudleys will likely want nothing less than a shot at the WWE Tag team titles.
