The world's most talked-about fantasy author at the moment, George R.R. Martin, talked about plot details of his much-awaited follow up to his Game of Thrones series, 'Winds of Winter.'

The person responsible for many depressing television moments have spoken to Entertainment Weekly about what will happen in his next book, Winds of Winter, which will be the follow-up to A Dance of Dragons.

"I think we're gonna start out with a big smash with the two enormous battles," said the author in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. As if he has not killed enough characters, the author also revealed that in the next book, there will be more lives to be lost.

"We have more deaths, and we have more betrayals. We have more marriages," Martin said to the same Entertainment Weekly reporter.

The author is famous for killing off characters just as they are starting to grow on readers and viewers, and Winds of Winter will be a continuation of his ruthless manner of storytelling.

Martin also revealed that the Dothraki will have a comeback in Winds of Winter "in a big way," and that The Wall will be a busy place to be in the book.

The Winds of Winter will be the sixth installment of the highly successful series that was adapted by HBO.

Game of Thrones Season 4 just ended and the next season is set to premiere on April 2015.
