Whether fans like it or not, it appears that Bea is completely six feet below the ground and there's no turning back on Foxtel's decision to kill off the beloved and core character who established the storylines.

How will "Wentworth" season five proceed now? The answer has yet to be given but it is speculated that while Bea (Danielle Cormack) will never be replaced with any character currently on the show, there has to be someone who steps up to the plate. The network is tight-lipped on the issue but rumor has it that production is just trying to keep everything under wraps until the fifth installment arrives.

Who is worthy to be called the next prison top dog? For now, most fans are still grieving Bea's shocking and tragic death. With everyone in prison still in shock, there could only be so much emotion in the new episodes. However, at some point moving forward, one of the people Bea left behind has to "replace" her on the throne.

Rumor has it that it might as well be Allie (Kate Jenkinson), who miraculously made it out alive after Joan (Pamela Rabe) shot her with lethal drugs. Since Allie will definitely feel guilty about being unable to save Bea, she will most likely plan to claim Bea's blood, especially since the two were just starting to see their romance bloom.

The rumors about Allie becoming the next top dog were only strengthened with Jenkinson's recent remarks about what fans should expect of "Wentworth" season five.

Speaking with AfterEllen in August, Jenkinson revealed: "People are going to want revenge. Specific people [points at self]. If you want to see justice for Bea, then watch season five."

Vengeance is inevitable at this time since the show has not just killed off a new character or someone who is a villain. This is Bea, the main character who had led the series for the previous seasons. Will Allie's desire for revenge be enough to quench all the heartache in "Wentworth" season five?

The fifth installment is expected to premiere sometime 2017.
