"Wayward Pines" has become one of the most addictive summer TV shows with its eerie town, two secret service agents with a past, and an impressionable teenager. In last week's all-revealing episode, Ethan Burke learnt about the inner workings of the town, and David and Pam's history in getting people from 2014 to 4028. This week, Ethan will feel betrayed even as he attempts to tell Theresa and Kate the truth.

Aptly named "Betrayal", episode seven will see Ethan discovering a bomb planted in his car, according to Spoilers Guide. This makes him question people whom he thought he could trust. Was the bomb planted by Kate and Harold? Last week, fans saw Kate and her partner Harold make a bomb to blow off the fence. They wanted to know what's outside the city. Maybe they will finally find out.

Meanwhile, Kate and Harold have a fertility consultation with Nurse Pam. Apparently, Kate is having some fertility issues. Seasoned viewers are aware that the courageous nurse is also extremely smart and has an eye for discerning rebels. Will she get a hint of Kate and Harold's plan to bring down the fence?

For Ben, things get better as his relationship with Amy heats up. Expect some drama between the new couple. But after last week's episode, many fans are questioning the significance of plot 33.

Theresa Burke, now a real estate agent, had found an undeveloped piece of land named plot 33, thanks to her current job profile. It allowed her to access the recently deceased Peter's personal effects and learn that plot 33 sits in a prime residential area. TVLine spoke to showrunner Chad Hodge about this mysterious land.

"I wouldn't say it's (plot 33) the show's next big mystery, but it's one of them. And it's a key to the final chapter of Wayward Pines", the showrunner said. "Someone who you might not be thinking about makes a brief reappearance and it has to do with what's going on outside the fence separate from the Abbies."

Episode seven airs on Thursday at 9 p.m. ET on FOX.
