While "Toy Story 4" is not expected to arrive earlier than 2019, there are already various rumors and speculations as to what the animated movie sequel will offer. However, there is no denying that one of the most persistent rumors attached to it is that it will feature Andy's parents finally reconciling.

The past three "Toy Story" movies have featured Andy, his sister Molly, and mother living altogether sans the presence of the man of the family. While all the said movies never explained as to where Andy's father is, it is said that he and Andy's mother separated in the past, hence, he was never shown nor mentioned in the movie.

However, things are about to change in "Toy Story 4" as it is alleged that the fourth "Toy Story" movie will finally feature Andy's parents reuniting, and it is no less than Andy who will make it happen. As to how Andy will do it, fans can only guess for now.

Meanwhile, apart from the alleged reconciliation between Andy's father and mother, it is already a known fact that "Toy Story 4" will also feature Woody finally getting a love life as confirmed by Disney's chief creative officer John Lasseter last year.

"A love story with Woody and — and this is news — Bo Peep. It's something we've never done with Toy Story before (a love story). At Pixar and at Disney we only do a sequel if we have come up with something that's as good or better than the original. That's our rule," said Lasseter then. 

To recall, the first "Toy Story" movie hinted that Woody and Bo Peep were heading into something romantic. However, many fans have wondered as to what may have happened to the toy character in the movie after she was a no-show in "Toy Story 3."

There have been many theories as to what may have happened to Bo Peep. However, one of the most persistent is that Andy gave the porcelain doll to his sister Molly, who, eventually got tired of the toy until their mother cleared the shelf and sold the doll in a garage sale.

On the other hand, as "Toy Story 3" also featured Andy already a grown-up about to go to college and giving his toys to a girl named Bonnie, some fans can't help but wonder if the toys will make it back to Andy's ward, much more that it is alleged that the upcoming sequel will feature Andy's parents reconciling.

However things turn out, fans can rest assured that "Toy Story 4" will offer not just another riveting story filled with comic scenes and dialogues with a dash of tear-jerking moments.

Since Pixar has swapped the showing dates of "Toy Story 4" and "The Incredibles 2" because of the accelerated production of the latter, "Toy Story 4" is now slated to arrive in theaters in June 2019 instead of June 2018.
